HOW TO COOK
Green papaya salad
- Green papaya 100g (peeled and shredded)
- long bean 25g
- tomato 25g
- Dried shrimp 5g
- peanut 5g
- garlic 2
- Hot chilli 2
- Som Tam sauce 50g
- Pound garlic and chilli thoroughly transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add kernel corn, dried shrimp, long bean, tomato, pickled crab and Som Tam sauce in mixing bowl. And toss well.
- Serve with fresh vegetable.
