HOW TO COOK
Chicken with Sichuan sauce
- Sichuan sauce 80g
- Chicken 250g
- Bell pepper 60g
- Cashew nuts 30g
- Dice onion 50g
- Spring onion 20g
- Dried chillies 10g
- Oil
- Conflour 3-4 tbsp
- slice chicken and mix it with conflour
- after that warm oil and fry chicken until its color changed.
- fry cashew nuts and dry chillies until done
- peel and dice bell pepper and onion
- cut spring onion in pieces
- warm sichuan sauce and then add chicken,vegetable,dry chillies and cashew nuts, stir well
- Serve
