chilli 24%, soybean oil 24%, sugar 14%, wild ginger 12%, garlic 8%, fish sauce 5.4%, pepper 4%, kaffir lime leave 4%, lemon grass 2%, galangal 2%, salt 2%, monosodium glutamate (INs621) and Disodium 5’ ribonucleotide (INS635) as Flavour enhancer 0.1%
HOW TO COOK
Pad Cha (stir fried with spicy fresh herbs)
- Pad cha paste 1 packet
- Squid 200g
- Mussel 150g
- Kaffir lime leaves 2-3
- Basil leave 2-3
- Squid and Mussel blanch in boiling water until done.
- Heat Pad cha paste until hot. Add squid and mussel stir together and mix well.
- Add kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves stir again.
- Remove from heat. Serve
