HOW TO COOK
Indonesian chicken curry
- Indonesian curry paste 1 packet
- chicken( cut into pieces) 300g
- potato pieces( half cooked ) 100g
- coconut milk 150g
- water 250g
- Add Indonesian curry paste, water and coconut milk in a pot, Bring to boil. Then add
chicken and potato. Simmer until the chicken and potato is cooked. Remove from heat
and serve. - Serving with rice
