HOW TO COOK
Balti Butter Chicken
- Butter chicken paste 80g
- Chicken pieces 350g
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Plain yogurt 30g
- Whipping cream 30g
- Onion-chopped 1 unit
- Water 150g
- Corirander for garnish
- Marinate chicken pieces with Butter chicken paste in 30 minutes. Heat butter in cooking pan. Fry onion until soft. Add chicken stirfry until cooked.
- Add water, simmer until chicken is cooked and soft. Add yogurt and whipping cream. Cook till the sauce is thicken.
- Serve and garnish with corirander.
