HOW TO COOK

Balti Butter Chicken

  • Butter chicken paste 80g
  • Chicken pieces 350g
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Plain yogurt 30g
  • Whipping cream 30g
  • Onion-chopped 1 unit
  • Water 150g
  • Corirander for garnish
  1. Marinate chicken pieces with Butter chicken paste in 30 minutes. Heat butter in cooking pan. Fry onion until soft. Add chicken stirfry until cooked.
  2. Add water, simmer until chicken is cooked and soft. Add yogurt and whipping cream. Cook till the sauce is thicken.
  3. Serve and garnish with corirander.
