shallot 25%, soy sauce 17%, sugar 15%, dried chilli 9%,ginger 9%, tumeric 8%, dark soy sauce 7%,salt 4.4%, soybean oil 4%, spices 1.5%,Disodium 5’ ribonucleotide (INS635) as Flavour enhancer
HOW TO COOK
Khao soi kai
- Khao soi paste (Northern style noodle sauce) 1 packet
- Coconut milk 500g
- Water 500g
- Chicken 400g
- Egg noodle
- Put water and Khao soi Paste into a pot. Follow with the chicken and coconut milk.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer until the chicken is tender. - Soak egg noodle in boil water.
- Arrange egg noodle on a serving bowl and serve with the hot Khao soi soup.
